Late arrivals & no‑showsPlease be on time

Running late? Message Natalie right away.
More than 10 minutes late without letting her know: your appointment may be cancelled.
15 minutes or more late: a $10 late fee applies.
No-shows can’t book future appointments.

Reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment.
Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice need a new $10 deposit to secure a future appointment.

Nail repairsFree for 3 weeks

Free repairs within 3 weeks of your appointment when the issue comes from the original application.
Repairs from normal wear and tear, accidental damage or other outside causes start at $10 per nail, depending on size and complexity.
A repair covers removing the damaged nail, reapplying, reshaping, repainting, and the time it takes.
